At Gugu & Grace Studio, we take pride in offering carefully curated pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the conditions below.

EXCHANGES:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Products must be in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE:

• No refunds will be issued.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our customer care team we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
